MEET SECTION 23 OBLIGATIONS AND MAXIMISE FUNDS ACCRUED
HCR’s Injury Cost Recovery service provides a secure, Caldicott Guardian compliant, identification platform supported by a simple registration process, backend legal trigger and reconciliation process to ensure NHS trusts can not only meet their section 23 obligations, but also proactively maximise the opportunity to recover funds under the 2007 ‘Injury Cost Recovery’ scheme.
Our state-of-the-art and highly secure 12 second data capture platform allows NHS ward clerks and administrators to rapidly record details of applicable individuals. This then allows HCR to conduct a back-end legal trigger to ensure NHS funds to be accrued within current provisions.
NHS Trusts have an obligation to seek a reimbursement of public funds whenever there is an identifiable payer, at-fault insurer or corporate entity
